Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Browse the Collections, choose an arrangement, and check out. For weddings, events, or bespoke pieces, use the Contact form and we'll design something just for you.

Can I customize an arrangement or request specific flowers?

Yes. Every bouquet is hand-tied to order. Add a note at checkout or write to us at info@58flowers.com with the colors, stems, or vibe you have in mind.

Do you offer bespoke arrangements for weddings or events?

That's our favorite work. Tell us about your moment through the Contact form and we'll respond within 24 hours with a proposal.

Can I include a handwritten note with my gift?

Absolutely, free of charge. Add your message at checkout and we'll write it by hand on our signature card.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time are delivered the next business day. Orders after noon ship the following business day. We do not deliver on Sundays.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver locally and to select metropolitan areas. Enter your ZIP/postal code at checkout to confirm availability, or write to us if your city isn't listed.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard local delivery is included for orders above $75. Below that, a flat fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout, up to 60 days in advance. We recommend booking 5–7 days ahead for major holidays (Valentine's, Mother's Day).

Freshness & Quality

How fresh are your flowers?

Every stem is hand-selected from our growers within 24–48 hours of design. If a flower isn't good enough for our own home, it doesn't go in your bouquet.

What is your freshness guarantee?

We guarantee your arrangement will arrive fresh and last at least 7 days with proper care. If it doesn't, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Payment, Changes & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn't entered design yet. Contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date at info@58flowers.com or DM @58flowers_ on Instagram.

Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Each arrangement is designed by hand, so small natural variations occur. We honor the color palette, style, and stem count shown, substituting only when a specific flower isn't at the quality we require, and always with something of equal or greater value.
