Cities in Bloom: The Story Behind Our City Collections

Cities in Bloom: The Story Behind Our City Collections

A bouquet for every city you've loved

Most flower shops organize by occasion — birthdays here, sympathy there, a wall of red roses every February. We've never worked that way. At 58Flowers, we organize by place: every collection is a love letter to a city we've lived in, worked in, or simply fallen for.

It started at a kitchen table, with a pair of shears and a stubborn belief that flowers in this city deserved better. Years later we're still small — on purpose — and still designing every arrangement by hand the day it ships. What's changed is that the cities we love now have a way of arriving at your door.

Here's the story behind each one.

Caracas — bold, tropical, alive

Caracas doesn't whisper. Our Caracas collection is the soul of Venezuela in a bouquet: hot color, tropical texture, and an unapologetic energy. These are arrangements for people who walk into a room and change it.

Medellín — the city of eternal spring

They call it la ciudad de la eterna primavera, and it shows. The Medellín collection lives in soft pinks, peach, and ivory — romance with a gentle hand. It's the bouquet you send when the words "I'm thinking of you" need to feel like a warm afternoon.

Miami — sun, glamour, and golden hour

Bright, confident, and made for the light. The Miami collection channels tropical glamour and that particular South Florida shimmer — flowers designed to be photographed at golden hour and remembered long after.

Paris — romance in every petal

Garden roses, ranunculus, and a quiet kind of elegance. The Paris collection is restraint as a love language — the arrangement you choose when less truly is more, and every stem is meant to be noticed.

The Late Bloom Edit — the season, just before it tips

Some arrangements belong to a moment more than a city. The Late Bloom Edit catches the last of spring before the heat arrives — limited, seasonal, and gone when the season is.

Why cities?

Because a city is never just a place — it's a feeling you've carried with you. The street you walked. The person you met. The afternoon you didn't want to end. When we tie a bouquet inspired by Medellín or Paris, we're not selling flowers. We're handing you a way to say I remember, I'm thinking of you, this reminded me of us.

Every stem is hand-selected, every arrangement designed individually, and every one made the day it leaves our studio. No templates. No assembly line. Just florists who treat each bouquet as a one-off piece of work.
